The Joint 11th Asia Oceania Human Proteome Organization (AOHUPO) and 7th Asia Oceania Agricultural Proteomics Organization (AOAPO) Congress were held in Singapore from 8th-10th of May 2023, in conjunction with the annual conference of Singapore Society for Mass Spectrometry (SSMS). This event was co-organized by SSMS and the Malaysian Proteomics Society (MAPS).
MAPS Travel Award 2023
This year MAPS continues the initiative to provide travel awards for oral presenters (up to RM 1000 per award) and poster presenters (up to RM 500 per award) to participate in the 11th AOHUPO and 7th AOAPO Congress from 8th - 10th May 2023 in Singapore. https://www.aohupo-aoapo-2023.org/
Eligibility and assessment: - As an active MAPS member. https://mymapsociety.weebly.com/membership.html - Accepted as the oral/poster presenter in the 11th AOHUPO & 7th AOAPO Joint Congress -Not eligible for participants who received the Young Scientist Travel Awards from the 11th AOHUPO & 7th AOAPO Joint Congress Organizer (participant will have to choose to receive either 1 award only) - The MAPS Travel Award will be granted on claim basis. - Abstracts will be screened by the MAPS committee; priority will be given based on the merit and relevance of the proteomics-based abstract.

MAPS Travel Award 2021
This year MAPS continues the initiative to provide travel awards for one (1) researcher (USD100) and four (4) students (USD25 per student) to participate the 10th AOHUPO Congress from 30th June - 2nd July 2021 in Busan, Korea.
To be eligible, you can register as a new MAPS member now and apply by 15th June 2021 to be considered for the travel award. The application is now closed!

Welcome to MAPS!
To encourage the dissemination of proteomics research, MAPS offers travel awards to support researchers in Malaysia to present at reputable conferences locally or abroad.
In 2019, MAPS will be supporting MAPS members accepted for oral (up to MYR1,000) or poster (up to MYR500) presentations at FAOBMB for up to MYR3,000. Please register asap, the deadline of abstract submission is on the 21st June 2019.
To be eligible, you can register as a new MAPS member now and apply by 30 June 2019 to be considered for the travel award.
Presentation topic must be related to proteomics research.
